PRODUCT INFO:
Our Anti-Fog Film (AF-AF01 & AF-HP01) is a high performance polycarbonate film with one side coated with an anti fog coating and one side coated with an adhesive. It is an excellent choice for wet application to the glass in display case refrigeration units such as those found in grocery and convenience stores to provide:
A) Energy Conservation; may offer savings up to $100 / door / year.
(1) Eliminates need for heated glass.
(2) Reduces the need to open the door to view the product, which reduces the load on the evaporator.
(3) Reduces the load on the compressor by up to 40% by eliminating compensation for the heated glass.
B) Improved Product Merchandising; continual view of the product on the shelf without the visual distortion of condensation. Can provide for increased sales.
C) Improved Customer Experience; provides clear view of product to enhance the shopping experience.

Installation Solution for heated and non-heated doors:
100% Propylene glycol (RV & Marine Antifreeze) sold under the name Super Tech at Wal*Mart. It may be possible to use other brands or a pure form purchased from a chemical company but testing is recommended before attempting an install. It is known that the RV & Marine Antifreeze from Home Depot does not work.
Installation Solution for room temperature installs (Mirrors, auto glass, etc):
Madico window solution concentrate ( WSC 30-1-1), Gila Film Aid concentrate, Rite-On, or baby shampoo mixed at a ratio of between 30 parts distilled water to 1 part solution to a ratio of 10 parts distilled water to 1 part solution.
Installation Instructions:
STEP 1. - Clean glass with Windex or installation solution
STEP 2. - Remove protective mask from adhesive side of film and wet adhesive side of film with installation solution
STEP 3. - Apply film to glass, position, and inspect for/remove any particulate trapped between film and glass
STEP 4. - Squeegee solution out with stiff rubber squeegee
STEP 5. - Squeegee edges with a squeegee wrapped with a paper towel to wick out additional installation solution
STEP 6. - Remove protective mask from fog resistant coating on the film
This product has NSF 51 approval and is safe for food contact in a splash zone.
